CHEF AMY HO
CHEF AMY HO
Born in China, raised in Texas, Chef Amy has traveled all over the world to broaden her culinary knowledge before moving back to New York after a 9-month stint in South America.
Living in major food capitals such as China, Houston, Sweden, New York, and Peru, has provided Amy with an understanding of different flavors: from traditional to eclectic. Her appreciation and knowledge of fresh ingredients and flavorful techniques set her apart.
Chef Amy cooks for busy professionals and young or single families who want a healthy sit-down meal but don't have the time or knowledge to do so. She specializes in curating intimate dinners and celebratory meals-- perfect for those who are looking for a great experience, but don't want the fuss of planning and washing the dishes.
When it comes to cooking for a special occasion or for your household, Amy believes that no matter how busy your schedule or life may be, you can always make room for loved ones-- so why not do it with a delicious meal?
Chef Amy has trained in the kitchens of The Food Network, assisted with James Beard dinners, and worked alongside with Italian Chef, Scott Conant in his first New York restaurant, FUSCO. Amy currently works at Untitled at The Whitney Museum, under the training of Executive Chef Suzanne Cupps.
